Choose from more than 500 course options each year. Training is delivered by credible, experienced subject matter experts. Public training is a convenient, low-cost way to train one person or a team (five or fewer) group of employees. Plus, students gain a broader perspective by learning alongside people from other companies and industries.

IN HOUSE TRAINING

Bring any of our programs (or request a custom program) to a location of your choice. On-site training is a cost-effective, flexible, and confidential way to train groups of five or more employees.

POST-TRAINING COACHING

Reinforce new skills with post-training coaching. Students work one-on-one or in a group with an experienced Citadel consultant to correctly apply what they learned in class to real issues
